Do people read newsletters? That’s the question we asked ourselves when we were discussing starting a newsletter for our users. This discussion lead to us setting ourselves some guidelines for our newsletter.
  1. Make it useful & awesome i.e. not spammy
  2. Don’t sell anything (at least not directly 😉)
  3. Keep it to the point & simple
Armed with the above guidelines we have set about creating our first newsletter.
Drop us reply and let us know how can we make this more useful, like the Swipez platform this newsletter too will be built by your feedback 😍

Sign your invoices
Did you know you can add your company stamp or your signature to your invoices in Swipez? Businesses like yours requested this feature and we were happy to put this together as a Plugin within your invoice template
How do I add a signature to my invoices?
  • Login to your Swipez account
  • Navigate to Collect Payments -> Create Invoice
  • Pick the invoice format you want to add the Signature into and edit Edit Format
  • Scroll down and click Choose plugins and enable the Signature plugin
  • Once added you can either upload your signature or stamp as an image OR create it within your browser
With this you can now add your signature or company stamp to your invoices 👍
